Part-time and Contractor
The organisation is an upscale and long-established tour operator specialising in complicated itineraries for demanding clients.
We are looking for a colleague with superb attention-to-detail, excellent English grammar and vocabulary, and previous experience in travel and tourism, software and the organisation. The role will include caring for clients, making travel bookings and checking and preparing tickets using our in-house system. Your colleagues will be the Managing Director who has owned a small hotel chain and various tour operations, the former Vice President of Ralph Lauren and a former Executive PA to the Chairperson of multi-national companies. You need to be of a similar dynamic and energy. We believe business should be fun but requires dedication and professionalism.
The workplace will be predominantly at the Managing Director's house in Brasted Chart, nr Sevenoaks and 15 - 25 hours over 3 days is required. Some flexibility is expected and given.
