Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Cheltenham

Position: Long-term , Full-time

Pay Rate: £85-£100 per day (Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)

Are you passionate about supporting young students in a Secondary setting? Do you have the dedication and skills to make a real difference in their lives? We are looking for a Teaching Assistant full-time, who has the relevant experience to join a vibrant team within a Secondary school in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities

Work closely with class teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children (30 days minimum within the pasy 2 years)

A proactive and patient approach to working with young learners

Strong communication and teamwork skills
