English Teacher (QTS Required) – IGCSE & A Level

The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 4 and 5, including IGCSE and A Level. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values creativity, high expectations and innovative teaching, supported by experienced pastoral and therapeutic professionals who work together to help every student thrive.

The Role

You'll deliver engaging and challenging English lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential while adapting learning to meet individual needs. Working with small class sizes allows you to provide personalised support and develop strong relationships that make a genuine difference to student outcomes.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching English to IGCSE and A Level

Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge

Is passionate about inclusive education

Can inspire confidence, curiosity and independent thinking
