Freelance Senior Project Manager - Manchester
Major City Centre Refurbishment Project

PSR Solutions is working with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager for a flagship city centre redevelopment project in Manchester.

This is a high-profile scheme with an overall value of approximately 400m, currently in the fit-out and finishing phase, with around 90m of works remaining. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through to completion while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead project delivery through the final fit-out and completion stages
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Maintain excellent client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Drive programme, quality, and commercial objectives
• Ensure health & safety and operational standards are maintained throughout

• Proven experience operating at Senior Project Manager level
• Strong track record delivering large-scale construction projects for major contractors
• Experience managing fit-out, finishing, and handover phases
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and maintain programme momentum on complex projects
