ctrg are currently hiring for Co-op in Biggleswade, SG18 8YY for Warehouse Operatives.

Temp to Perm opportunities for the ideal candidates

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:

DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from 12.89 to 21.27ph Weekends: 14.83 p/h

BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from 14.83 to 21.27ph Weekends: 16.77 p/h

NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from 16.12 to 21.27ph Weekends: 18.06p/h

Fixed O/T Rate: 19.33p/h Weekends: 21.27 p/h over 37.5hrs per week.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled (Freezer tbc)
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
