Electrical Improver

We are looking for Electrical Improvers to join a team working on automotive manufacturing plants and industrial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an ongoing contract opportunity offering competitive rates and the chance to work on a variety of installation and maintenance projects.

What You Will Do

Assist with electrical installations on automotive and industrial sites.

Work alongside qualified electricians to complete projects safely and to a high standard.

Follow electrical drawings and site instructions.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification.

What You Will Bring

Valid ECS Card (essential).

Previous experience as an Electrical Improver, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Own tools and transport are beneficial but not essential.

A reliable approach with good attention to detail.
