KS2 Class Teacher -Rotherham

Pay: 130 - 190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees). Rates are dependent on experience, qualifications, training and the client rate available.

About the Role

As a KS2 Class Teacher in Rotherham, you will deliver engaging lessons across Years 3 to 6, supporting pupils as they build confidence, independence and key academic skills.

Working as a KS2 Class Teacher throughout Rotherham provides the opportunity to experience a range of school environments while continuing to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
  Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs
  Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  Assess, monitor and record pupil progress
  Prepare pupils for key assessments where required
  Work collaboratively with support staff and leadership teams
  Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  Previous experience teaching within KS2
  Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  Adaptable and professional approach
  Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
