Graduate Teaching Assistant - Newham, East London

Prospero Teaching is seeking ambitious graduates interested in a career in education to join a supportive secondary school in Newham as Graduate Teaching Assistants and Subject Mentors.

Role Details:

Location: Newham, East London

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Contract: Term Time Only

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:45pmResponsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5

Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support

Assist students with learning, engagement and progress

Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff across departments

Gain valuable classroom experience before teacher trainingRequirements:

Degree qualified

Good GCSE results

Passion for education and supporting young people

Right to Work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
