As an Assembly Operative, you will be an integral part of the production team, helping to manufacture and assemble high-quality products to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling small, intricate components with accuracy and attention to detail
• Following technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Carrying out product testing and quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
• Identifying and reporting any faults or issues during the assembly process
• Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

• 12.71 per hour
• Temporary role with the potential to become permanent
