Senior Cloud Architect Contract Dublin 6-18 Months. My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Cloud Architect to join their group.This role is predominately based around a large multi year Infrastructure migration project whereby my client is moving their technical infrastructure to the cloud.The role is of a Senior Technical Cloud Architect providing technical leadership across Cloud migration and platform modernisation initiatives & ensuring implementation of a scalable, secure and compliant architecture in line with the requirements of Financial Regulatory Reporting landscape for a Tier 1 global financial institution.

Candidates will define enterprise cloud architecture principles and standards,Design scalable, resilient cloud solutions for regulatory reporting platforms. Develop cloud migration strategies based on AWS & SaaS capabilities (both single and multi-tenant frameworks).Align cloud architecture with regulatory, security and data governance requirements.Lead architecture governance and design reviews.Optimise cloud performance, scalability and cost efficiency.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience of large-scale Cloud Migration initiatives for global Financial Institution(s).Strong cloud architecture and design expertise with large vendor cloud migrations.Strong technical experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).Experience in financial services and regulatory reporting platforms (preferably AXIOM).Experience working across global delivery environments.High level understanding of financial regulations and key asset classes such as Debt, Equity, Commodity.
