Salary: £145 - £200 per day

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a well-regarded OFSTED Good rated middle school based in Redditch who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher (Year 6) to join them from September. The KS2 Teacher (Year 6) will be joining a supportive and inclusive setting that values high expectations, strong relationships, and a positive approach to learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate KS2 Teacher looking to make a real impact in a key stage transition year.

This KS2 Teacher (Year 6) role is a full-time, short-term supply position running from September through to December. The successful KS2 Teacher will take full responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing across the Year 6 curriculum, supporting pupils through SATs preparation and ensuring strong progress across core subjects. You will be expected to maintain high standards of behaviour and work closely with existing staff to ensure continuity of learning throughout the KS2 Teacher placement.

The successful KS2 Teacher will have:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Strong experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 6
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good understanding of SATs preparation and assessment frameworks
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach to teaching
