Fed up with call centre roles where you're stuck on the phone all day? This one's different - you'll be handling customer queries entirely through live chat and email, no cold calls, no inbound phone queues.

You'll be the first point of contact for a growing customer support team, solving problems in real time and making sure every customer walks away with their issue actually resolved - not just logged and passed on.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing multiple live chat and email conversations at once - juggling, not just responding
• Digging into customer issues and resolving them yourself where you can, escalating the genuinely complex ones
• Keeping accurate records so nothing falls through the cracks
• Working alongside internal teams to close out queries properly, not just quickly

What you'll need:

• Solid written communication
• Background in customer service, contact centre, retail, or hospitality (chat/email experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Comfortable running several conversations simultaneously without losing accuracy
• Confident picking up new systems quickly
