Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant or Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity in Cardiff?

We are currently recruiting dedicated Nursery Assistant professionals to work within Nursery settings in mainstream Primary Schools across Cardiff. Due to an increased demand from our partner schools, we have a variety of roles available for September, ranging from full-time, five-day-a-week positions to flexible day-to-day supply work.

If you have experience supporting young children in an Early Years setting and are confident carrying out personal care, including nappy changing, we'd love to hear from you. As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.

• Proven experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or within an Early Years setting
• Confidence supporting children with personal care, including nappy changing
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• A relevant childcare or education qualification is desirable
• Flexibility to work across schools in Cardiff

• Opportunities across a range of Primary Schools in Cardiff
• Full-time, part-time, and flexible day-to-day roles
• Competitive pay from 94 per day, with higher rates depending on client rates, qualifications, and experience
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
• September start dates with opportunities available throughout the academic year (2026/27)

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) - we can help you obtain this if required
• Completion of safeguarding training
• Ability to meet our full compliance standards (referencing, right to work documents)
