Year 1 Teacher (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), ideal for an experienced teacher looking for an excellent work-life balance.

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire Year 1 pupils.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children can thrive.

Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.

Strong classroom management skills and excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

A commitment to raising standards and supporting every child's learning journey.Please note: This position is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
