Site Manager - Short-Term Medical Leave Cover

Location: Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 0HF

Contract: Temporary (Medical Leave Cover - potential extension)

Dates: Monday 6th July - Friday 10th July

Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Rate: £290 per day

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at a live hotel refurbishment in Hayes. This is a short-term cover role with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone who can step in confidently and maintain high standards from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards across the site

Identify and report potential risks or issues promptly

Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and compliant

Review and manage RAMS documentation

Oversee and coordinate the labour team

Complete accurate daily reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager

Strong understanding of H&S regulations and RAMS

Ability to lead teams and maintain site discipline

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
