Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive School Caretaker to join a busy school in the Barry area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caretaker or facilities professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Previous caretaking, maintenance, facilities, or site management experience.
• Good practical skills and ability to undertake basic repairs.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
