The Role As the Electrician, you ll:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Conduct fault finding and repairs on electrical systems.
- Perform general electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
- Collaborate with the on-site FM maintenance team to achieve operational goals.
You To be successful in the role of Electrician, you ll bring:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- ECS/JIB Card (preferred).
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or FM environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
