The Best Connection Mansfield is currently recruiting Order Pickers and Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in South Normanton, Derbyshire. Our client specialises in the distribution of healthcare and pharmaceutical products across Europe and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their growing warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking full-time warehouse work, order picking jobs, afternoon shifts, evening shifts, and ongoing employment within a clean, modern warehouse environment.

Due to the shift finish times and limited public transport availability, applicants must either:

• Have their own transport, or
• Live within a reasonable travelling distance of the site

As an Order Picker / Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking healthcare and pharmaceutical products using order sheets
• Working efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
• Stock replenishment and stock rotation
• Handling products carefully to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
• Packing products in line with customer orders
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• General warehouse duties as required
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working towards productivity and accuracy targets

Monday to Friday
4:00pm - Finish (typically between Midnight and 2:00am)

Monday to Friday
6:30pm - Finish (typically between Midnight and 2:00am)

• 12.71 per hour from 4:00pm until 10:00pm
• 15.82 per hour after 10:00pm
• Additional 1.15 payment per shift worked

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Experience in order picking, packing, stock control or distribution environments would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport or local to South Normanton due to shift finish times
