This is not a traditional HR generalist role. You'll be working on sensitive employee relations matters, performance management cases, workplace investigations, organisational change initiatives, restructures and conflict resolution. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple business areas, helping them navigate challenging situations with confidence, fairness and commercial awareness. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced international environment where no two days are the same. What you'll bring: Strong Employee Relations experience, ideally handling complex cases end-to-end experience supporting managers through performance management, investigations and organisational change Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to build credibility with leaders and employees at all levels Sound judgement and confidence in navigating ambiguity experience working within a large, matrixed or multinational organisation Strong written and verbal English communication skills Why apply?
