Site Manager – SMSTS | Enhanced DBS Required | Oxford (OX4 3LX) | 6-Week Contract

Frontline Construction Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school refurbishment project in Oxford (OX4 3LX).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable main contractor on a busy education project, with works commencing on 20th July 2026 and expected to last approximately 6 weeks.

Location:

Oxford – OX4 3LX (Education Facility)

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the site

Coordinating subcontractors and site activities

Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to programme

Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety

Completing site documentation and daily reports

Liaising with the client and project management team

Essential Requirements:

Valid SMSTS

Enhanced DBS Certificate (current)

First Aid at Work

Previous Site Manager experience on construction projects

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Recent, checkable references
