Site Manager – SMSTS | Enhanced DBS Required | Bicester (OX26 2NX) | 6-Week Contract

Frontline Construction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Bicester (OX26 2NX).

The project is expected to run for approximately 6 weeks, commencing on 20th July 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start from 13th July 2026.

Location:

St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Bicester (OX26 2NX)

Duties will include:

Managing daily site operations

Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme

Enforcing health and safety procedures

Monitoring quality and site progress

Completing site records and reports

Working closely with the project management team

Essential Requirements:

Valid SMSTS

Enhanced DBS Certificate (current)

First Aid at Work

Previous Site Manager experience

Strong health and safety knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Recent, checkable references
