Earn £200 per day with long-term work across void properties in Sandwell. If you're an experienced Multi Trade Operative with your own van and confidence across a range of trades, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work with a respected contractor in the social housing sector.

You'll be working across void properties in Sandwell, carrying out a variety of repair and refurbishment works to prepare homes for new tenants. This role offers ongoing work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to join a reliable team delivering high-quality property maintenance.

I'd be keen to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Handyperson.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

Carrying out repairs across void properties

Completing carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, decorating and other general trade works

Preparing properties to a high standard ready for new tenants

Working independently across multiple sites

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safetyI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience working within void properties or social housing

Experience across a range of building trades

Their own van and tools

A Blue CSCS Card (desirable)
