As Lead Business Analyst strong experience of Private Markets, Private Equity, AUM or similar is essential as is an understanding of Private Markets and Asset Management as opposed to traditional (investment) banking. An understanding of Private Markets and ideally Real Estate and/or Private credit & debt is essential as this role supports new and existing projects in this area. Solid experience leading BA functions creating technical diagrams is essential as Lead Business Analyst as is business process modelling, workshops and cost benefit analysis. Experience as a Lead Business Analyst changing/influencing Data Architecture and Business Operating Models are essential as Lead Business Analyst. Experience of AUM (Assets Under Management) IBOR or e Front would be highly beneficial as Lead BA. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential as Lead Business Analyst including Technical, Business and Financial Services related teams. As Lead BA previously Financial Services experience is essential as is an understanding of private credit & debt markets.
