£24 - £30 hourly rate (depening on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Tutor to provide high-quality 1:1 educational support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Broadstairs area. This is a fantastic opportunity to help a young learner build confidence, overcome barriers to education, and achieve their full potential through personalised tuition.

Your Role

Deliver engaging, tailored 1:1 lessons that meet the student's individual learning needs.

Adapt teaching strategies to support a variety of SEN requirements.

Build a positive and encouraging relationship that promotes confidence and academic progress.

Monitor and record progress, providing regular feedback where required.

Work closely with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the student.

What We're Looking For

Experience working as an Tutor or supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ability to create engaging, personalised lesson plans.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

The right to work in the UK.
