• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test management strategies
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with testing methodologies
• Stay current with emerging testing trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to the development of test management strategies and roadmaps

As a Senior Test Management Quality Engineer, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (containerisation software, container-orchestration software)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (a major public-cloud platform, a major public-cloud platform, a major public-cloud platform)
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices
• Understanding of microservices security and resilience patterns
• Knowledge and experience of Shift Left and Quality Engineering principles
