This Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager position offers the opportunity to lead strategic transformation projects, improve business processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with teams across the business, the Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager will manage projects from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring change initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and provide lasting value. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional with a strong background in social housing, who is passionate about driving organisational change.
We'd love to hear from anyone with a background as a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager, Project Manager, Change Manager, Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Manager or Transformation Manager, with proven experience delivering business change within the social housing sector.
As a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager, you will be:
Leading end-to-end delivery of change and continuous improvement projects.
Designing and implementing smarter, more efficient business processes through process mapping and analysis.
Analysing data and working with business insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions.
Producing business cases, project initiation documents, requirements specifications and ROI statements.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and influencing change at all levels.
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting colleagues through coaching and training to build change capability across the business.
Capturing project benefits, sharing lessons learned and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Essential experience working within a Housing Association or Social Housing organisation.
Experience as a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Change Manager delivering transformation projects.
Strong project management and business process mapping experience.
Experience producing business cases, project documentation and requirements specifications.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite.Key requirements for this Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager role:
Previous Social Housing or Housing Association experience is essential.
GCSEs including English and Maths.
PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Modelling or equivalent project management qualification (highly desirable).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a regulated environment.The role is offering the following benefits:
£280–£350 per day (Inside IR35)
Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm).
Hybrid working with a combination of remote working and office attendance in Peterborough.
