Academics is recruiting on behalf of a friendly two-form entry primary school in Mid Sussex for a full-time Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The Role

Full-time Class Teacher.

Fixed-term contract for the full academic year (September 2026 - July 2027).

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.

Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.

Work collaboratively with parallel year group colleagues in a two-form entry setting.

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching within a UK primary school.

A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A commitment to providing high-quality teaching and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
