Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Band 5 to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in delivering high-quality nursing care to our clients with complex health needs, supporting our mission to improve lives through specialized home care. Responsibilities:
* Supporting complex clinical needs of patients at home.
* Assess and monitor patients health conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
* Administer complex medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care activities.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Promote a positive and respectful environment for clients and team members.
* Lead and develop the skills of the company's Healthcare Assistants working with your patients.
About you:
* Be a qualified Registered Nurse in possession of an active NMC pin (ICU and complex care experience preferred).
* Proven experience in caring for patients with neurological or complex health conditions.
* Competent in tracheostomy care.
* Competent in the administration of complex medications.
* Have a clear and valid drivers licence.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective time management and organizational abilities.
* Knowledge of care planning and medication administration.
* Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
