Site Manager - Central London

Location: Central London

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Project Value: £750,000

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

Rate: £280 per day 

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the conversion of railway arches into high-quality retail and commercial spaces across several live projects in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project delivering the transformation of unique commercial spaces for a leading client.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Coordinate subcontractors and site activities across multiple live projects.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.

Liaise with the client, project team, and stakeholders throughout the programme.

Essential Requirements

SMSTS

CSCS Card

First Aid at Work

Asbestos Awareness

Fire Marshal

Own laptop

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint

Desirable

Previous experience working on utilities or rail projects.
