• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Working one-to-one or with small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.
• Preparing classrooms and learning resources ready for each school day.
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.
• Supervising pupils during breaktimes and lunchtimes when required.
• Adapting confidently to different schools, classrooms, and age groups.
• Following school policies and promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (preferred but not essential).
• A positive, flexible, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• A professional attitude with excellent timekeeping.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NCFE, NVQ or equivalent) is desirable.
