Warehouse Loading Operative

Location: Aylesford, ME20 6
Shift: Monday to Friday 14 30
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Loading Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Aylesford.

This is a physically demanding role where you'll be responsible for loading boxes (up to 10kg) onto conveyor belts, ensuring the production lines remain supplied and operating efficiently. You'll be working in a fast-moving environment, so you'll need to be able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and following all health and safety procedures.

Duties include:

• Loading boxes (up to 10kg) onto conveyor belts.
• Keeping production lines continuously supplied.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling.
• Able to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
• Reliable with a good work ethic and punctual attendance.
• Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are essential.
• Due to the 00:30 finish, applicants must have their own transport or be able to arrange a reliable journey home, as public transport is not available at this time.
