Primary Tutor
Locations: Hornsea, Bridlington & Driffield
Start Date: September 2026
Hourly Pay: £26 £35

GSL Education is seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) to provide face-to-face tuition for primary-aged pupils across Hornsea, Bridlington and Driffield.

We have a range of rewarding tuition opportunities available, supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other barriers to learning. Sessions are tailored to each individual, offering the opportunity to make a genuine difference to a child's confidence, engagement and academic progress.

As a Tutor, you will:

• Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition to primary-aged pupils.
• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to each learner's needs.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and a love of learning.
• Work flexibly around your availability, with a range of hours and placements available.

As the Ideal Tutor, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching primary-aged pupils.
• Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable.
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
