KS1 & KS2 Teaching Assistant - Level 2+ Required
Primary School Full-Time Aspire People

Aspire People are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2 within a welcoming primary school.

The school is looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and provide high-quality classroom support while delivering interventions and helping pupils make strong academic progress.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 qualification or above and have recent experience working within a UK primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils within classroom lessons
Delivering interventions in Reading, Phonics, Maths, and Writing
Supporting pupils on a small-group and occasional 1:1 basis
Working closely with teaching staff to support attainment targets
Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Assisting with assessment activities and pupil progress monitoring

The School Is Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
Has worked within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
Has strong curriculum knowledge across primary education
Is confident delivering intervention work independently
Has excellent organisational and communication skills
Works effectively as part of a wider school team
