Business Analyst - Insurance, Claims, CRM, Agile

£ Market Rate (Inside IR35)

Brighton / London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

6 months

My client is a high-profile Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Business Analyst with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisations

Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories

Capability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniques

Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set up

Previous experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understood

Strong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes)

Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement

Experience of working in Agile delivery practices

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills

Flexible approach towards hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite)

Nice to have:

Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects

Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar

Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / PeoplesoftImmediate availability
