Location: London

Salary: £22 - £32 an hour Outside IR35

Job Type: Contract – 3 Months with view of extension (Outside IR35)

Are you an Architectural Technologist/Technician looking for your next career move? I am, working with a collaborative and social studio recognised for delivering various large-scale projects across the UK, such as industrial, residential, education, healthcare and commercial projects. You’ll be focusing on RIBA Stage 4 onward, getting involved in producing technical drawings using Revit and producing fire cladding drawings.

We’re Looking For:

* Architectural Technologist/Technician

* Strong technical drawing skills (using Revit)

* Experience working on large scale projects (Ideally industrial projects)

* Experience with fire remedial work

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

* A passion for high quality design and sustainable architecture

* Happy to work in an hybrid environment

* Experience working on UK projects

* UK right to work (unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
