Job Title: English Teacher

Salary: £28 - £32 per hour

We are looking for an English Teacher to work on a long-term temporary basis from September, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful English Teacher will deliver engaging GCSE English resit lessons, assess learner progress and create a positive learning environment that supports students in achieving their qualifications.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS, QTLS or a recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English to GCSE level
• Experience supporting learners preparing for GCSE English resits within an FE or secondary setting
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable and proactive approach to teaching
