Job Description

A Freelance Site Manager is required to oversee the early stages of a new build care home development. The project will initially be for 4 weeks but will potentially be ongoing.

Project Scope

External works including:

• Car park construction
• Retaining walls
• Drainage and underground services
• Kerbs and associated infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records
• Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects
• Strong background in groundworks and external works
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Available for an immediate start
