Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician in Cramlington!

Temporary Position available for immediate start for 1 year minimum.

Day Shift role working 4 days on, 4 days off 6am to 6pm.

Hourly rate of £16.15 per hour, average of 41.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with precision and care.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure smooth production flow.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Assist in the training of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is preferred but not essential.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to our workplace culture.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
