School Support StaffYour responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons.

Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence.

Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning activities.

Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.

What we're looking for:✔ Experience working with children in a UK school, nursery or educational setting.

✔ A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting children's learning.

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

✔ A reliable, professional and flexible attitude.

✔ Professional, contactable references covering the last 24 months.

✔ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS through Smile Education (payment required).

✔ Right to work in the UK.
