Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Alongside high-quality teaching, you will monitor student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum and wider department.

As a valued member of our staff, you will also take an active role in the broader life of the school, supporting enrichment opportunities and helping to foster a positive and vibrant learning community.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS by September 2026.
• Have a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
• Be an effective communicator with strong organisational and classroom management skills.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Have the ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire students of all abilities.
• Share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
