This role involves providing second-line hardware and software support, maintaining IT equipment, and safeguarding system security. Your expertise will directly support the mission to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-line hardware and software support.
• Deliver first-line LAN support to service users.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Set up and maintain IT equipment, including PCs and printers.
• Ensure system security and integrity.
