Are you an experienced Machine Operative with a background in manufacturing? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment where quality and precision are key? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in Farnham.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join the night shift team on a temporary contract until the end of September, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn 17.00 per hour while gaining experience with a well-established company. Candidates with previous cleanroom experience will be highly desirable, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults.
- Producing products to strict quality standards.
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Completing production records accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times.
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Cleanroom experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts.
- Strong understanding of health and safety within a production environment.
