We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and growing client based in Yeovil on a temp to perm basis. This is more than just picking and packing, every order you prepare helps GP surgeries and healthcare centres across the UK provide exceptional patient care.

Job responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring health care professionals receive the products they need, when they need them.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing parcels to a high standard ready for dispatch
• Maintaining excellent stock accuracy
• Assisting with stock takes when required
• Reporting any picking discrepancies to support continuous improvement
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure every order leaves on time

Full training will be provided, so previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential if you have the right approach.

We're searching for someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Has good numeracy skills
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
• Is physically fit, as this is an active role involving manual handling

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm - Flexibility at the end of the day is important, as every customer order must be dispatched the same day.
No weekend working.
