Salary: £93.50 - £105 per day

The school is looking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work across all year groups, supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes while working closely with teaching staff to provide high-quality classroom support.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with SEND and complex needs within a school setting
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude with the willingness to get stuck in
• Adaptability and resilience in a busy school environment
