£13 - £16 per hour ME20 Full-time, Office-based

You'll play a key role in driving new business by engaging warm leads, securing registrations, and bringing campaigns to life - all while developing your sales skills in a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide high-quality, responsive customer service across all forms of communication channels in line with SLA's.
• Managing and updating CRM data accurately and in real time.
• Proactively calling qualified leads and converting them into confirmed registrations.
• Work to daily and weekly contact targets to support the achievement of revenue goals.
• Asking insightful questions to understand motivations, timelines, and suitability.
