The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships. You'll spend your time out in the field, meeting clients face-to-face, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through field-based sales activity
• Build, manage and develop long-term customer relationships
• Attend client meetings, presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-up communications
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
• Represent the business professionally and positively at all times

About You

We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for sales.

You'll Ideally Have:

• Previous field sales, business development or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, professional and persuasive approach
• The ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
• Strong motivation to achieve targets and maximise earnings
• A proactive mindset with a positive attitude
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

No extensive sales experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, determination and willingness to learn, full training will be provided.
