Hull's well-known logistics and supply chain companies are looking to expand their teams and are recruiting for numerous Warehouse Operative positions.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hull.

As a recognised 4PL logistics expert, with more than 750 warehouses worldwide, our client provides end-to-end supply chain solutions and employs over 155,000 people globally.

Shift 1 - Rotational Days & Nights

• 07:00 - 15:00 (Days)

• 15:00 - 23:00 (Afternoons)

• Rotating between day and afternoon shifts.

Shift 2 - Nights

• 23:00 - 07:00

• Sunday to Thursday

Pay Rate

• 12.71 per hour

• Good attention to detail for quality control and dispatch of customer orders.

• Physically fit due to the nature of the role.

• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record.

• Conscientious, enthusiastic, and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proactive with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Committed to maintaining high Health & Safety standards.

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and checking in stock.

• Picking products from around the warehouse.

• Preparing and completing orders for dispatch or collection.

• Using scanners, headsets, and warehouse computer systems.

• Carrying out stock counts and location checks.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll work both independently and as part of a team to meet productivity and quality targets. This role suits motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where organisation, efficiency, and attention to detail are key.
