Are you a nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact during the earliest stages of a child's education?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Warrington that is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September on a full-time basis.

This EYFS Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to support children as they begin their educational journey, helping them develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. The school is looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building positive relationships with pupils and families.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:

• Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
• Encourage children's communication, social and emotional development
• Deliver phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
• Prepare engaging classroom resources and learning environments
• Work closely with the class teacher to monitor pupil development

The ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience supporting children within an EYFS setting
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
