Plumber – Remedial Works – Bexley, London

£[Rate DOE] | Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00 | 5 Week Contract | Start Monday

We're supporting our client with a plumber for remedial and compliance works across council buildings in the Bexley area.

The role:

* Lockshield valve replacement/servicing

* TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) checks, servicing and replacement

* Access hatch installation/repair

* General remedial plumbing works across a range of council sites

Likely additional works on site (to be confirmed with client):

* Isolation valve replacement

* Pipe lagging and insulation

* Water tank inspections and associated remedial work

* Expansion vessel and pressure relief valve checks

* Tap and cistern repairs

* Urinal flush control servicing

* General water hygiene/Legionella-related remedial tasks

Sites include: council buildings, libraries, and park buildings etc

Requirements:

* Valid JIB card (essential)

* Own tools

* Own transport (essential — sites are spread across the borough)

* Previous experience in commercial/council remedial works preferred

Details:

* Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00

* 5-week contract (potential to extend)

* Free parking on site

* Rate negotiable, dependent on experience
