We're recruiting Support Workers to join our fantastic teams in Lowestoft, and all the surrounding areas.- We cover all of Norfolk.

What does a Support Worker do? No two days are ever the same! One day you could be:

* ** Enjoying a trip to the seaside.

* ** Heading into town for a shopping trip.

* ** Sharing a coffee and a chat.

* ** Supporting someone with everyday tasks around their home.

* ** Helping people build confidence, independence and enjoy life to the fullest.

* ** Assistant with Personal Hygiene

* ** Whipping up treats in the kitchen. + More

It's a role where the little things you do can make the biggest difference.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll be a driver, as you'll be supporting people across the local area and shift patterns vary.

You'll need to be happy working a flexible rota, including:

* Early shifts: 07:00 – 15:00

* Late shifts: 14:00 – 22:00/23:00

* Night shifts: 22:00/23:00 – 07:00/08:00

* Sleep-in shifts
